This remains one of my absolute favourite infographics when it comes to dealing with anxiety. I’ve definitely alluded to the need to first understand the root of your anxiety before moving forward with finding the best solution.

It’s important to realize that each person has completely different triggers, and thus the smallest change in mindset or action can have the largest effect (one that may not apply to others, I might add!).
